Creating Pathways to Better Communication ðŸ˜€ðŸ’œ

Could you please explain it to me in more simple terms?

Be none the wiser – Video by Simon Sinek

Reading is the key to understanding our world. I am not here to change the system, I’m here to change our approaches. Change the people, and you change the system. We are in this together.

“The world hates change, yet it is the only thing that has brought progress.”

Charles Kettering

Lisa Ower mentions in her article here ‘No matter what the change is, big or small, it must be able to link to your culture, overall purpose and vision of the company. Even if management views the change as beneficial, if your employees can’t link the change to the existing culture or organizational purpose, it will be difficult for them to carry out these transformations.’

Questions to Ask Yourself

  • How do I think?
  • How are humans are wired?
  • How to change my mindset?
  • What does success look like to me?
  • How does the human brain react?
  • What’s in it for me?
  • Ways to understand my behaviour?

For me change is good change, change is hard. It is part of the human experience. I found change difficult and I felt insecure about myself, but it was worth it.

I made the toughest decision to close my struggling business and lost my home nine years ago. My family fell apart and as a mum I struggled through the hard times. I went through a very emotional journey, me against the world. It’s taken a lot of mental clarity to help me find my focus and direction. Sometimes you need to do you and take a step back to live a peaceful and authentic life. Show up and love them hard, only then will you realise what’s important.

“In order to change the world, you have to get your head together first.”

Jimi Hendrix

Eventually, realised I needed to take responsibility for my life and my happiness. Happiness is a choice. I had to put myself first before supporting my children’s mental health. Happy mum, happy child. It improved my confidence and well-being. My life and motherhood has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows but never boring. Helping my children was a great way to help myself.

What’s your culture, purpose and vision?

I’ve learned through my journey that doing too much for your kids is not an effective parenting strategy.

“Very often a change of self is needed more than a change.”

Stephen King quoted “The most important things are the hardest to say, because words diminish them.

Listen to people, get them to think about their own experience, and emphasize your common humanity. Understanding their own needs and the needs of others is fundamental as we are connected not only by happiness in our lives, but in our struggles, suffering and fears.

Love is an Art❤️

Our childhood is the best part of our lives and our childhood memories shape our lives and make us who we are today.

Love is the battlefield, those who want true love has to fight for it. Beyond differences created by humans such as caste, creed, country, religion, race and culture.

Stay Neutral with News – Solving Real World Problems ðŸ¤—🌷

“If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.” “Double your money is to fold it and put it back in your pocket.” – Quote by Will Rogers

The bottom line is that we need to cut out all superfluous details and focus on the primary problem. We need to stop selling out to short term profit and one’s personal interest or advantage, especially when pursued without regard for others. Self-interest is selfish and has bad intentions.

There is no need to prove your worthiness and pretend to be someone you’re not. In the end, the pressure to impress people only hurts the people you love most. Speaking to a mental health professional can help you sort out your pain.

There’s always more than one solution to a problem. Spending more money than necessary to fix the original problem, it’s a no brainer. ‘Make time and ‘invest in the right resources’ there is no quick fix only more problems – Click here to read more on ‘Throwing money at a problem

A quote you may have heard “put your own oxygen mask on first, before helping others’. Your mental health is a priority. After birth, responsibility starts.

“People want to share information that is newsworthy – in some sense the truth value is less of a concern,” – says Psychology Prof Geoffrey Beattie from Edge Hill University in Lancashire.

He continues to say “The point about gossip is, the best gossip is juicy gossip – the last thing people are worried about is whether it is true or not.

Everyone takes time to recover from life traumas, whether it’s a mental illness or a physical illness, we need to take care of it. It can affect children and adults at any given time and does not discriminate.

There are plenty of credible videos out there interviewing celebrities. I have posted a YouTube video below of Halsey’s interview. Try checking out her journey and then list videos you know that are credible.

Turning Dreams Into Reality ðŸ’–😄

”We so complex; we’re mysteries to ourselves; we’re difficult to each other. And then storytelling reminds us we’re all the same.” – Brad Pitt

“Happiness is not determined by what’s happening around you, but rather what’s happening inside you. Most people depend on others to gain happiness, but the truth is, it always comes from within.” – Anonymous

Thank you to the photographers for their amazing photos and inspirational quotes.

I am a very sensitive person but also an empath. I take on the emotional and physical pain of people I know, those I love and care about. The pain I experience when I see someone suffering can be very frightening. I would wake up and feel anxiety for no reason. I would feel their pain as if it’s going to happen and I’d have no control over it.

The world needs me right now. The world needs real connection, human connection. The only person that matters is you. There will be times in your life when being selfish is the right thing to do for your health and well-being and other sometimes we need help.

The world needs more compassion, more understanding and more friendships. The world needs more love.

Only Kindness Can Give Wings to Human Understanding â¤ï¸ðŸ¤—

The moment we understand, everything becomes much clearer pushing our frustration and impatients aside and allowing our self-awareness, compassion and empathy to change our own emotions and to see the perspective of another human being.
